New Resource Hub
Taproot recently debuted a new Mobilize for Impact landing page featuring tools for nonprofits, volunteers, and corporations. For nonprofits, this resource hub offers access to vital support and tools designed to meet the current moment. Discover tips for optimizing their skilled volunteer opportunities, upcoming events, and blog posts about urgent topics like getting pro bono fundraising support and developing communications plans.
The Mobilizing for Impact page also includes content to engage both skilled volunteers who want to lend a hand and companies interested in building pro bono programs for their employees. There are links to connect with current opportunities, as well as tailored resources to ensure impactful nonprofit partnerships.
New Featured Opportunities
Taproot also recently launched a new “featured opportunities” initiative to highlight pro bono needs from nonprofits who have been impacted by upheaval in the sector. If your organization has been affected by federal funding and policy changes, you can apply to have your Taproot Plus Projects and Sessions included in this new listing. Collecting these urgent requests in one place will allow for quicker matches with knowledgeable skilled volunteers. We encourage affected nonprofits to sign up to be featured now.
A new checkbox to show featured opportunities is now among the filter options for volunteer opportunities on Taproot Plus.
There are countless skilled volunteers across the country and around the globe who want to help nonprofits weather the storms you are currently facing. The new featured opportunities filter will prioritize building those connections to organizations with the greatest need.
Volunteers can access these highlighted Projects and Sessions by selecting the “featured opportunities” checkbox next to the filter options on Taproot Plus. These opportunities are also linked on the Mobilizing for Impact landing page.
Nonprofit Pulse Survey
Creating responsive tools and resources to help your organization face whatever challenges arise is central to Taproot’s mission. In addition to the new landing page and featured opportunities option, we’re committed to hearing directly from nonprofit leaders like you to learn about your specific needs and pain points.
